Andrew is a BASRaT Graduate Member and qualified Sport Rehabilitation clinician, with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation & Injury Prevention and postgraduate training in Strength & Conditioning.

With more than 15 years’ experience across rehabilitation, healthcare and sport, Andrew takes a practical, exercise-informed approach to helping people understand their symptoms, rebuild confidence and return to work, training, sport or daily life.

I assess and manage muscle, joint and tendon problems using clinical reasoning, education, exercise rehabilitation and movement-based treatment. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence and a clear path back to training, work and daily life.

I’ve worked with a wide range of people across rehabilitation, healthcare and sport. This helps me combine assessment, exercise-based rehab and clear guidance into a plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.

If your symptoms suggest that another form of care may be more appropriate — such as GP review, urgent medical advice, imaging or specialist physiotherapy — this will be discussed clearly and you’ll be signposted to the right next step.
